Orders and Shipping

Delivery times vary based on your location, but domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment. International orders may take longer depending on your country’s customs processes.

Creating an account with Jakcuz is simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” link at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your email address, choose a password, and fill in your shipping information.
  3. Once you’ve completed the form, click “Submit” to create your account.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your account is created. After that, you can easily log in anytime to track orders, save your preferences, and check out faster.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@jakcuz.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address for you. Unfortunately, once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order directly through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). You can also log into your account on our website to view your order’s current status.

No, we do not store any sensitive credit card information. All payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Sales tax is applied based on your location and local tax regulations. If applicable, the sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout, so you’ll know the final price before completing your purchase.

We offer international shipping to many countries. To check if we deliver to your location, simply proceed to the checkout page and enter your shipping address. If we do not ship to your country, please contact us at contact@jakcuz.com and we’ll see how we can assist.

In most cases, we aim to ship all items in one package. However, if you’ve ordered multiple items and they are from different warehouses or have different shipping times, they may arrive in separate packages. Rest assured, you will receive a tracking number for each package.

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with packaging. Please visit our Refund and Returns Policy page for full details on how to initiate a return.

We apologize for the inconvenience! If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@jakcuz.com with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We will resolve the issue by either sending the correct item or issuing a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@jakcuz.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will send you a replacement or issue a refund, including covering the return shipping costs for damaged items.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address along with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please make sure to follow the guidelines to ensure that your return is processed correctly. All returns must be authorized before mailing.
